Parts Cleaner is bio treatment which consists of high-performance enzymes and micro-organisms that are capable of degrading compounds of biological molecules, oil stains, dirt, and organic oil molecules. Its usability is non-hazardous and non-corrosive.

• Synergistic blend of selected non-pathogenic microbes with non-toxic formulation of biological activators, which digest hydrocarbon, oil and grease and organic molecule
• Neutral pH, non-corrosive, non-hazardous, non-flammable
• Clean-up any hydrocarbon-based spill on production or shop floors, highways, railroads, barges or pipelines
• Compatible with spray, immersion and ultrasonic parts washers
• Reduce BOD/COD/SS/FOG of wastewater prior to release into public wastewater system

How to Apply

Mix the Parts Cleaner with water in the ratio of 1:20 to 1:100 depending on the extent of oil residue contamination.

How to Keep

Keep in its original container with seal attached. Close the lid tightly after use.

Caution

Although the Parts Cleaner treatment substance packaging is safe, it should be kept out of reach of children. And it should be kept in a well-ventilated place. Make sure to wash hands after use, avoid contact with eyes, and do not take internally. Inhalation may cause irritation (for sensitive people).
